Morning breaks – as shadows slide, Birds chatter, Monkey’s scatter – as I walk a trail Created by Kudu, Zebra’s embrace, Impala’s jumping, Water hog’s rummaging, Hippo’s bathing, Crocodiles slide Dung beatles roll, For eggs to nest, The waste of some, New life begun.
